The customer service and repair staff was really nice and professional, and were gracious enough to get me a repair estimate quickly and walk through the damages with me in person. I will acknowledge that CC did a great job in replacing my front bumper, which is what I came in for. However, I had to wait at least 2 hours just to pick up my car. I also had a difficult time getting a hold of my mechanic to get updates on my car. On top of that, it was a day or 2 late from the original estimate. Once I left the shop, I noticed that an underplate towards the front of my car was loose, and I had been told this was not an issue, but it very clearly was. I had to speed back before they closed. Very disappointed with the long wait times and the lack of full close-out scan.

Sharon at classic collision was super outstanding to work with.Very friendly and always having a great attitude jer professionalism was top notch and that goes along with the work and service I received from the rest of the staff...im very satisfied with the outcome you can't even tell my car was damaged....and the warranty is excellent aswell..

Genuinely received excellent customer service throughout the entire process of my vehicle being repaired from beginning to end. They were all so great at this location. My vehicle was returned to me looking SO much better than the way it was brought in— plus in such a timely manner considering the damage and all of the other cars they also had to repair. I highly recommend them.

After my accident, I honestly expected a stressful and frustrating process. Instead, Adam, Megan, and the entire staff went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did they repair my car perfectly — it genuinely looks like nothing ever happened — but they also fought hard with the insurance company to make sure everything was handled properly and in my best interest. That level of care and commitment is rare nowadays. You can tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their work, not just getting the job done fast. Huge thank you to Adam, Megan, and the whole team for the communication, professionalism, and incredible work. Truly appreciate everything you guys did for me. 100% recommended.

Megan and the entire team at Classic Collision in Sandy Springs delivered exceptional, truly top-tier service. In a time when outstanding customer service can be hard to find, this location exceeded every expectation. I was preparing to go out of town and needed my vehicle completed by 4/23 so I could take it to a nearby dealership for service on 4/24. Not only was my car finished ahead of schedule, but Megan and the team went above and beyond by coordinating and taking my vehicle to the dealership for the additional services I needed, then bringing it back for me to pick up. When I returned from vacation, everything was completed seamlessly. All I had to do was return the rental, pay for both services, and go. It was effortless on my end. This was true white glove service — proactive, accommodating, and customer-focused in every way. I genuinely did not know this level of service was even offered. Megan and the team set the standard for excellence, and their professionalism and care should be recognized. I will absolutely continue recommending this location to others.
